CANCELLATION POLICY
Our policies are designed to protect your time, our team’s time, and the overall experience at The Beauté Haus. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. Appointments: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your service total at checkout. New facial clients should arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete consultation and consent forms. Late Arrivals & No Shows: A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on service timing and availability. Late arrivals resulting in cancellation will forfeit their booking fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total. Multiple no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted future booking access. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Packages, memberships, and promotional appointments are still subject to the cancellation policy. Service Concerns & Refunds: Client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work toward a resolution. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

Her approach focuses on helping clients achieve healthy, balanced skin and naturally enhanced brows through personalized treatment plans, education, and consistent maintenance. With a extensive background in beauty, marketing, and client experience, Keke is passionate about creating results-driven services that still feel relaxing, approachable, and supportive. She specializes in concerns such as acne, congestion, uneven texture, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin health while helping clients build confidence in both their skin and self-care routines.
Asha Harris
Asha is a licensed cosmetologist and co-owner of The Beauté Haus specializing in healthy haircare, silk presses, color, extensions, and textured hair services. With years of experience behind the chair, her focus is helping clients achieve healthy, manageable hair while maintaining the integrity of their strands. Asha is passionate about creating personalized experiences that leave clients feeling confident, refreshed, and cared for.
